Wants to stall when braking - part 2

So I've replaced almost all the vacuum hoses, including the PCV #6 upgrade but it still wants to stall when you come to a hard stop. The rpms drop to almost stalling then rise past 1000prm and settle at 850rpm. It seems that this could be "brake" related. As in maybe the booster or air pump, or...?
I'm at a loss at the moment.
