...you shouldn't have any problems...
Aero is spec'd for Premium because it is the performance model, and to get to that level of performance, certain other items are adjusted up, which leaves you with less margin for running lower octane fuel.
Typically, in Trionic, and the various APC systems that preceded it, the turbo wastegate is set for a "base boost". That is one way the system protects the motor from too much knocking. How you get to your max boost is by the Trionic/APC circuts preventing manifold pressure from reaching the wastegate, thus preventing the wastegate from opening.
Usually, on the "regular" turbo motor, the base boost is low enough that under the majority of conditions, knocking all but cannot occur when running on the lowest pump gas available. However, on a vehicle like the Aero, base boost is usually set a bit higher, which opens up the potential for knocking and the damage it can do when running low octane fuel, even after Trionic has told the wastegate to open. Hence, Saab spec's the fuel for "Premium" for the Aero and 3.0 liter V6.
Trionic also adjusts the spark timing. Usually, timing is adjusted first, then boost. Other factors can also impact the situation, such as engine mechanical compression ratio, etc.
But unless you're in the habit of testing your Aero's 0-60 time at each and every stoplight, or maximum sustained acceleration at each highway on-ramp, or you tow frequently, or you have a 15% grade between work and home, you'll likely notice very little performance difference through this tank of fuel. If you do all those things, it might be a little while before you should do them again.
As others have said, when it gets to about 1/2 tank, top up with Premium, and repeat. After two cycles, there won't be enough 87 left to appreciably lower the octane from the pump grade of 93 or 91 that you buy.
