I have the same issue in my 2000 95 V6, ran rough 5 minutes from the house with a blinking CEL. I pulled over and shut it down, restarted and it ran fine so I took it home. When the weekend came I borrowed an ODB-II reader and got the P1300 and P0300 misfire codes. Checked under the hood and all looked well so I took it for a test run. Ran fine so I cleared the codes. Two days later on the way to work had the same problem. The only think the two trips have in common is that the temps were in the low 30's while the test runs were during the day when the temps were warmer, not sure if this would make a difference or not. I suspect there may be a vacuum leak somewhere. What bothers me is that it ran fine for two days, failed and was "resolved" by just restarting. If I didn't know better I would swear the car was made by Microsoft.
