It's an indy I use here in Woodbury, CT. I've been using them since warranty expired and anything they've done has been more than reasonable. Heater bypass valve for like $120 including parts & labor, fixed the driver's side window on both of our 9-5's (broken rollers)...$82 flat fee, brake job for front rotors/pads and just rear pads was just over $400 with parts & labor as well.
I have a manual, so they didn't change the transmission fluid as it wasn't part of the 60k service, but all other fluids changed. They always have a lot full of used pristine SAABs as well at great prices.
I believe their rate is $58/hr or it may have just gone up to $65/hr...either way, the prices are almost unbelievable, especially for Connecticut and they charge by the minute for the most part. I was looking at one of my receipts and labor times next to each item were listed like: .17, .32, .41...etc., so they really break things down well. Full synth oil changes are like $60 though, but still...with their customer service and everything always being fixed on the first shot, honesty...I'd pay them more. I've never had them say anything "questionable" either. I had an issue with my parking brake and they took everything apart, found what was wrong, noted what it would cost me to repair for parts/labor, put everything back together and I never got a diagnostic charge for that.
