Thanks Doug. I do have WIS but didn't find the illustrations and desciptions very instructive. How can I tell by looking if the limp home mode has been set? It's running so poorly, I am not sure if it's just malfunctioning or the limp home is set or both.
I tried following the instructions for resetting the limp home mode but I couldn't tell that it did anything - made me wonder if it was even set to begin with.
Though I've never paid any attention to the "spring" on the TB, it does appear to be kind of loose - I'd expect it to be somewhat tighter.
This is new territory for me, never messed with the TB before.
Thanks again for responding.
