Front end grinding noise

About a month ago I had my brakes done, and also had Bilstine struts put on by a friend who works on Hondas. Ive noticed in the past few days there has been a slight grinding noise comming from the driver side when I turn to the right. Today it was louder and I looked at the rotor and saw that something is leaving a mark on the roto! While im sure it has something to do with the brake, im wondering if something else is loose after the strut replacement like the mount? bushing?
ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated!
