Definitely lower the radio Tel volume. While you're in there raise the Stereo start volume to 28. Folks say it drives the amp more, delivering better sound. Don't worry, it won't really turn on that loud. You can update the Parrot devices over Bluetooth, no cable necessary. I updated mine becasue my BlackBerry was not ringing over the speakers. I believe the update also helped with the pop. It is not bad at all now, or even noticeable.
