I'm having pretty similar problems to what you are describing on my 2k2 Aero with 90k miles. My guess is that it's the throttle body, but I don't have money to go replacing non-broken parts on a hunch. Other guesses include turbo or vacuum line leaks, or fuel pump issues. I've noticed on my car that it seems to be temperature related - the problem was almost unnoticed during the winter, but it's recently come back into play with the warm weather lately.

I know we aren't the only ones with this issue - if anyone finds an answer, please help to share it with the rest of us! (I probably would have taken my car into Swedecar by now if it wasn't 400 miles away!)
