An H or V rating is fine, unless of course you live in Europe and get to drive at over 130 mph, in which case the V rating is required. Note though, in some states the tire stores won't sell you a tire with a lower speed rating than stock, which on a 9-5 is a V-rated tire. A v-rated tire will typically wear a bit faster than a H-rated one.
BTW, 4/32" makes the tires all season grade, not snows, but they still probably have 8-10K left on them. Tires wear somewhat slower as they wear down.
Load rating is important, but it really only matters if you routinely have the car loaded up. A name brand H- or V-rated 215/55 x 16 is likely to be fine.
Regarding Nokian WRs, they are great (I use them for my winter tires) but they do wear a little faster than I'd like. The same is true for their summer tires. I've gotten maybe 20K on a set of summer Nokians. The WRG2 is a performance winter tire, so it may wear faster than some other winter boots, including the regular WRs.
What I do is run the regular WRs November to April, then swap to a summer tire. This year (new tires last week) I put some Bridgestone 960AS tires on my 9K as they should wear better than the Nokian summer tires I had before. I have Uniroyal Touring tires on my 9-5 wagon.
Curious... what kind of driving do you do? Tire wear faster if you do a lot of stop and go, turning and braking in city and suburban use than if you do primarily highway.
