They are pros. I've been through their shop many times.
They'll fix the dent, check for runout...radial and lateral, balance the wheel, and then refinish it so you can't tell it from a new wheel.
If you get a wheel from eBay, it may still vibrate. At that point you'll still have to go to Viking.
Last year I had my extra BBS RK511 fixed and refinished. It's now like new...and no it doesn't vibrate.
