No there doesn't seems to be any problems with the Dexcool in the 02 and up Saab's but I just the other day cleaned my friends 1995 Corvette that had massive amount of rust brown goo inside the cooling system even though the coolant was replaced by me some 5-6 years ago when I did the water pump.
I still replace the Dexcool on a regular basis just like the older G48 coolant and the cooling systems seems to stay very clean inside with both products.
So if the car has Dexcool in it, I fill it up with the same product and if it has the blue G48 coolant it receives that one.
