Water in passenger-side front turn light

With the spring rainfall increasing I noticed my front pass. turn light has water built up in it. I looked around and didn't notice an obvious way of removing the light unit. Has anyone else has this problem? Is there an easy way of getting this off to drain and fix it? Thanks!
