It will fit.
What year is it? For example 2000-2001 The Trans for the B235E and B308E use the same part number, but the 235R uses a differant part number.
The thing you want to look at is the tag on the transmission. You want a transmission with the same FA # (example FA 57A06). You also want to make sure there the same number of gears. 1999-2001 used a 4 speed trans. 2002 and newer uses a 5 speed trans.
