I know there has been lots of discussion on this site on rear suspension. I have studied most of it and still am confused as to want has to be done at the rear to avoid cupping.
In my opinion, camber is not necessarily bad. My old 1973 911 has lots of camber and that is normal and the way those cars are set up. Yes the inner half of the tire wears more but that is normal.
My question is can a get away from cupping by making my toe in the rear as close to "0" degrees as possible. Is that a good idea and the goal?
Any other input from you suspension experts here.
Thanks
