Got a 99 4cyl wagon with 130K

The throttle body died and the car was parked for a few months. Just installed a used throttle body off of an 03 9-5 donor with 67K.

Car cranks and idles just fine. You can rev and hold RPMs steady while in Park.

Problem is under moderate to heavy acceleration either from stopped or at highway speeds (also in Sport mode or not). There is a serious lack of power and mild sensation of missing or uneven response to the accelerator. When pushing the gas pedal I can feel a brief surge of power (I assume from the turbo) and then immediately the power drops. It seems as though it might get slightly worse when the car is warmed up.

I double checked my vacuum hose connections on the throttle body and they look OK and routed correctly. Today I will fill with gas and add some Techron for the injectors. I was thinking about replacing the spark plugs also.

Also, FYI, in the last 5-6,000 miles I got a new DIC, CPS, and turbo.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
