Buying a new fuel rail is an expensive option.
Alternative 1: Remove the valve and place it in a ziplock bag to protect it. Note that you should first remove the fuel pump fuse while the car is running to reduce the pressure in the system.
Go to a bicycle shop to see if they have anything like that for bicycle tubes. Or, go to a auto tire shop to see whether they have valve stems with valves like that.
Alternative 2: Call Goldwing Saab (http://www.goldwingsaab.com/asp/default.asp or 800-722-2137). They may charge $25 to find it and ship it to you.
I checked the EPC; the valve is only available as an integral part of the fuel rail ($$$$$).
A leaking fuel rail is a fire hazard as you know A fire would really make a mess.
