I second that. You have a sticky ignition barrel. You need to take it apart and clean it. Unless the ignition barrel "pops-up" when you remove the key, the car still thinks that key is in. That's why your radio is still on and you can't lock with alarm. Strangely enough, it's not an electrical problem ;-)
DO a search and you'll find how to take it out. Basically, you need a fairly hard wire bent at 90deg with about 1-1.5 in sticking out. You CAREFULLY take off the immobilizer coil around the ignition, put the car in either ACC or ON position (can't remember which one), and stick the wire in a hole on the right-back side of the ignition barrel (closer to bottom). When done right, a spring will click and you will be able to remove the whole barrel with the key in it. Be extra careful when disassembling it for cleaning though - if you mess up the mechanism inside (lots of little brass plates that conform to the key when inserted) your key won't work and you'll have a tricky puzzle on your hands.
Good luck!
