JMJin NC, It is a bit of work, but removing that wheel to have a look at what is happening may help you find the source of the noise. I had a not too dissimilar problem. It turned out to be the parking brake. The lock plate washer had come off the stud allowing the compression spring to dangle and rub the hub.
