Throttle Body Issue?

I own an '99 9-5 SportCombi, 2.3L lpt, auto tranny, 112,000 miles. Symptoms: First thing in the morning,... engine cold. Car idles normally however when coming to a stop (the car is barely moving at this time) to when I come to a complete stop, the idle goes down to ~500 rmp then shortly after coming to a complete stop the idle goes back up to 800 rpm. In the afternoon when the car has been sitting outside in the sun and hasn't been run for at least 8 hours, no problems with the idle. Next morning, idle issues. That next afternoon, no issues. The throttle body was replaced maybe 2-3 years ago. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!
