Is a Bosch Fuel Pump Really a Bosch

Ok, I purchase a Bosch fuel pump from a local major vendor (might name names later) and I get a nice new fuel pump in a Bosch box. I take the Fuel Pump Assembly out and disassemble and notice that the OEM pump is a Walboro (Walro).
So then I take the new pump out of the Bosch box and it is the exact same pump with the Walboro stamp, etc..
I called the store and they said that the Walboro makes all pumps for Bosch? This seems like a lot of hooey, but who knows, time to ask here.
Does anyone know if this is try or not?
Thanks in advance
