I am crying like a young boy... (even at 43)

I own a 2004 aero wagon manual. Expresso Black. She is so nice. She was the nicest...

The car has been robbed and found damaged the next morning, about 3 streets away from home. This was 4 weeks ago. To make a long story short, the keys were stolen from my older vehicule which has doors easier to break and open.

The estimate for repairs is $12K, and the value of the car is in the same range.

To my point of view, the car worth much more. I importated this car 2 years ago from US to Canada. That means that it is not affected by any rust. Also, it benifits of CPO warranty until July 2010.

My actual understanding is that insurance company are not sensitive to these points.

I am still under investigation from the insurance cie to determine "if I could have damaged the car myself"... Things are so slow...

Next step will be to demonstrate the worth of the car to have it repaired or to have the budget to find another one. But this car model is so rare! I cannot find any in Canada. There are a couple in US.

So, the fight is not terminated...

I miss the comfort of the seat.
I miss the smile I get while engaging on the highway on 3rd speed
I miss the sound system
Am I in love with this car?

Any comments are welcome, even if I do not expect much more than "condolences"...
