Throttle Body Sticking?

Preface: '99 9-5 Sport Combi, 115K, 2.3L, Auto-Tranny, major service just done. When the engine is cold (and I'm talking about the first 30 minutes of driving), the rpm's when braking and at the point where I'm almost at a complete stop, the engine goes down to ~500 rpm's then recoups to normal after about 2-3 seconds. After the engine is completely heated up, the problem disappears. Sounds to me like the throttle body is sticking or there's a vacuum line that's leaking. Any specific ideas out there? TIA!
