There will be oil in the head but shouldnt be any grit, sludge, or whatever.
With 162 miles you may want to have the head rebuilt, but that can get expensive.
You could take the head to a local shop and have them at least clean it in their dunk tank. There will be carbon buildup on the exhaust valves and runners.
It’s recommended to put extra sealant around the timing chain opening and the two head bolts on that side. Loktite 518.
Check the timing chain tensioner extension too. That topic will come up on a search.
I’d replace the thermostat too. If you’ve never replaced the heater valve it will be easier to change when the head is off. Its mounted to the fire wall.
