Hard to say w/o knowing what you're looking for. But I can tell you my experience. Stock Aero springs are pretty stiff; I like them, personally. Making up spacers to bring them to the stock ride height completely eliminated any bottoming issues, but this isn't such an easy option for the front ones.
I also put Bilsteins on the rear. I did this at the same time I changed the ride height all around so it's hard to say which did what, but my git feeling is that the Bilsteins stiffened up the ride way more than the spring height change did.
When pulling my trials bike on a hitch rack or pulling a trailer, I install spring spacers like the ones in the link below. These disable one coil of the spring, effectively making the spring that much stiffer. Surprisingly, the ride height change is marginal, about 5-10mm, but the difference in ride is very noticeable; the car starts feeling more and more like a pickup truck when unloaded. But, when loaded up it rides very well.
Measure your ride height. If it's close to the official ride height and you're not happy with the ride, I'd consider springs. If not, I'd space up or down to get in the ballpark before I bought new springs. Consider that if your preload is too high (ride height significantly above stock)your ride will suffer, as you will not have enough suspension to follow dips/holes in the road. Sometimes having preload too high can make the car feel like the springs are bottoming out when they're really topping out.
