2001 9-5 LPT wagon with 154,000 miles

Head gasket replaced within last 30 days...now have a pesky driveability problem.


Problem:

Misfire at idle, rough idle.


Analysis:

Air Mass Deviation from calculated values.
-18 at idle
-5 at 55 mph highway cruise

Misfire occurs on cylinders 3 and 2 when at idle and totally disappears when accelerating

Compression is 230 ish on all cylinders
Plugs switched...no difference
DI switched ...no difference
Vacuum at 15
MAF switched... no difference
Injectors and Throttle body cleaned on the fuel rail

I think this negative air mass deviation has to be some type of intake manifold leak. But where? Fuel injector O-rings? Intake manifold gasket?

Carb cleaner spray causes no "flares" on vacuum lines...

All help and ideas are welcome.
