Clutch Master Cylinder - DIY?

Hi,
I'm having some (I think) clutch issues similar to what other folks have described here. The pedal feels a bit spongy and I occasionally have difficulty getting the car into gear after driving for an extended period of time. However, if there is frequent shifting and the system stays pressurized, it shifts just fine. I'm thinking that fluid is slipping past the master cylinder seal and is not properly disengaging the clutch. The clutch does not slip and has been driven VERY easily for the past 100k+ miles. Has anyone done the master cylinder job themselves? I've read people's assumptions that it is "an easy job" in the 900 and 9000, but does anyone have info about the 9-5? Or better yet, pictures? Should I bleed the entire clutch/brake system while I'm at it? Please let me know. Thanks!
Nik.
