I have tinkered with some bad throttle bodies to see what they look like but have not been able to take them apart in a non destructive way due to how it is assembled soldered and pressed together. I don't really know what they are doing when rebuilding, haven't seen or talked to anyone in that business.
The problem here is that it is an infrequent micro glitch now and then in the carbon traces of potentiometers so what you would have to do is to hook up a fast scanning recording labscope to the suspected wire and constantly monitor the signals and maybe hopefully be able to catch the glitch in action.
It's not really feasible to do that so replacing the throttle body with a known used or new one is the better option.
