Disregard this if you bought the car used like that, because it's the previous owner's baggage... Do you have a computer that you use everyday too? Do you notice the keyboard keys are shiny and have lost some of their texture? My boss had an IBM ThinkPad for a few years and by the time she was done with it the texture was worn off the home row of the keyboard and all the other keys she touched the most. They were slippery and shiny. She blamed it on her acidic skin oils. Another coworker had the same laptop for the same amount of time and his keyboard looked new. Now, a year or so into using her Dell laptop... same thing. All the keys have worn flat. I don't think there's anything you can do to bring back the texture of the radio buttons, other than replace the radio. I don't think the buttons are replaceable individually, and if they are, you can't buy the buttons by themselves.
