Use a home-styled hair dryer on the hot setting, NOT a commercial one that will blister the paint off! The emblem is held on by double-sticky tape with a couple alignment pegs. Once heated, use dental floss in a back and forth sawing motion. Once released, use "goo-be-gone" (available at home centers and hardware stores) to remove excess tape. Another method is to leave emblem body on car as is and peel what's left of decal off carefully. On e-bay you can find a vinyl replacement that can be affixed to the emblem. That's what I did.
