For $4950, it better be nearly perfect - no accidents, bodywork, clean, nice interior, etc. Check the 9-5 classifieds here to see the range of prices (be also aware that not everyone gets what they ask...).
As (no name) said, the timing belt, tensioners and pulleys should have been done between 60,000 and now. If they have not, I wouldn't offer more than $2,900 for it.
Also, if the TB, etc. WAS done at around 60k, be aware that you're halfway to the next interval where it needs to all be done again, plus the water pump (regardless of whether its leaking or not). Every 60k for the TB, tensioner & pulleys, and WP at 120k (primarily because you do almost the same work to get at the WP as the TB, and a badlyl failed WP can wreak havoc with the TB, and potentially cause internal engine problems.)
The V6 in the 9-5 is a great motor, so long as it is maintained.
