What you are looking for is called the Workshop Information System, or WIS for short. The WIS is the factory service manual for the 9-5 and was only available on CD. Never officilaly sold to the public in the US by Saab but legitimate (and boot-leg) copies are available.
If you only want to buy legitimate, contact Schiff European Automotive Literature. Schiff also sells on e-Bay.
Bootleg copies are available on e-Bay and from bit torrent sites.
Another useful piece of software is the Electronic Parts Catalog, or EPC. The name pretty much says it all
