2006 Camber question

I have a 2006 95 that is pulling to the left ever so slightly. I took the car to tire shop where they informed me that it is due to camber being off. The camber readings were:
LF: -0.8 RF:-1.5
LR: -1.0 RR:-1.3
The right side of the car is outside of the specified range by 0.2 each.
The shop guy said that camber is not something they can adjust as it is fixed. Is this right? I called dealer and they referred me to another tire shop. Tire shop wants me to bring it in so they can check.
The car has not been in any accidents nor have I hit speed bumps/curbs at ridiculous speeds.
Thanks for any advice/help on this. Tires are relatively new so I don't want to burn through them.
