Hi All.
I did my searches, and got multiple answers. Need clarification please.
On a 2000 SE V6.
Which fluid is preferred - Toyota Type IV?
Or 3309 Spec?
Or are they the same?
Is there a difference 2001 and earlier 9-5SE's vs. 2002 and later?
And checking the trans fluid - is it the normal process...
Level surface.
Engine running normal operating temp.
Shift to R -> L -> 3 -> D -> N
Wait 5-10secs between shifts?
Leave engine running.
Check fluid.
??
That's the standard process that I know to check the transmission fluid on the dipstick. Same for this car?
Thanks in advance for all replies.
