Hate to see anyone lose a job but Saab of Wilmington aka Rippy Saab is an absolute disgrace of a dealership. When the owner of the vehicle knows more about the car than the repair techs and part people you have a problem. They few times I used them on either of my two Saabs I had nothing but heartburn. They overcharge ($99.00) to install a battery, they took 4 days to misdiagnose a faulty suspension part, and replaced the wrong side! They carry no parts to speak of, good bye and good luck. I think Saab called this one right. I lived in Atlanta for two years before returning back to Wilmington and used Jim Ellis Saab, now that is a class operation! I can't speak highly enough of their service writers and repair crew. They treated me better than family.........they are the only thing about Atlanta I miss!
