Ok so my 04 ARC (76K miles) seems to have developed a squeal in the pully area. New belt and pullys less then 1000 miles. Only seems to happen at idle in drive. Add a bit of gas and it stops. In neutral no sound. Increase load with power steering at full deflection seems to make it affect it (worse) could my Scantech pully be dying after less then 1000 miles? belt is Contitech and it was pretty tight. Could the belt be too tight? After a good drive it seems to stop....but not always.
