55k. Stepper motor, hinge, shaft replaced, then evaporator went bad and a wiring harness..condensation still leaks from the evap on hot humid days, still blows hot air on passenger side and in back seat no matter what the acc is set on. And the HVAC system puts out a burning smell, like something is overheated or on fire. Cant drive this car on 95 + degree days, it never cools off. This car is CPO until 8/2011, problem is my local dealership quit selling and servicing Saabs, nearest one is 170 miles from here now. My SAAB indie won't touch the car, other than routine maintenance even though he has no problem working on my old 9-3. My factory carbon fiber dash and console panels are cracked and chipped up from multiple removals to work on the HVAC system, now the car creaks and rattles at these areas. I wont even begin to mention all the other problems we have had.
I have an old 2000 9-3 SE with 153 k on it with ACC and this car has had none of these troubles, and that car is BLACK with dark gray leather...I cant understand why our 04 Aero is such a POS.
