Unless you are really having lots of battery problems, I would just stick with OEM-equivalent. and this is coming from a guy who is in love with the Optima batterys...

I installed one Optima Red Top on my Buick to help support my stereo (and because the previous battery leaked enough acid to corrode straight through the hood-release cable). absolutely LOVED the dual-posts on the Optima. Front posts were the most difficult to work with, the way the battery was placed in the engine bay. Once, when my mom borrowed it to drive down to Monterey/Carmel with her friends, they left the interior lights on all night, and killed it, but before they could get another car to jump it, it revived itself enough to start on its own!! (That Buick has also got the most amazing starter - hardly requires any battery power to get moving!). and this is after the battery had been installed for FOUR YEARS! Still going strong!! ('bout 5 years and counting).

Ok, back from the commercial break ... I've got an OEM Saab battery that's been in there AT LEAST as long as I've owned my 9-5 (3.5 years). Hopefully this doesn't jinx it. I probably need to add some H2O this weekend, since the cold weather set in and starting seems to be slightly tougher. but it's been plenty good. Either way, get your battery with a good warranty and you should be all set. Hope it helps.
