If you're the tiniest bit handy you can pop that little cubby out below the switches. You have to slide a flat-head screw driver under the center of the cubby and it will come right out with a little tug. Then you can reach in and push the seat heater switch out from behind. You can unplug it and the seat will turn off, or switch it with the passenger side, or order a new or used one and replace it yourself. Good luck!
