CD player problem after service

2008 Aero. Went to dealer for service. When I picked the car up I noticed one of my CD's on the front seat. The dealer said it "popped out" by itself. I also noticed the clock was set wrong and the year said 2011. Dealer said they had to "reset the service message on the SID" and did not touch the CD player.
When I turn the CD on i get a message "no cd loaded". Notjing will play. When I try to load a CD I get the "wait a moment"message then nothing happens.
Any ideas of what could have happened?. Any idea of a possible fix?
I'm stationed overseas and at the mercy of the dealer and would appreciate any help.
