Are OEM's Zinc-plated? I still have the factory rear rotors on my '04 Aero and haven't noticed a rusting issue as you describe.
When it comes time to do mine I'll probably just spend a little extra on OEM. I have no complaints and they've proven themselves to me.
Just wondering, what kind of mileages are Aero owners getting out of their rear brakes? My fronts were replaced around 30k with absolute garbage pads and the original rotors which had giant grooves around the outer edges. When I got the car I couldn't get Akebono/Brembo's on there fast enough. But the rears look like they could possibly make it to 75-80k miles.
