The lower shock bolt is supposedly a one-time use, but after taking my rear suspension apart 3 or 4 times, I saw that the threads were getting pretty messed up and new bolts were in order. I called and ordered them from the dealer for $10 or $15 for the pair.
When I replaced the rear shocks, the Konis I bought from Taliaferro came with new top nuts, since they were a little different size/threading from the OEM shocks. If you plan to DIY, This is the Important Part: USE LOCTITE ON THE UPPER NUT!! Otherwise, your suspension will rattle apart while you are driving down the freeway or across a bridge (trust me on this!). It's really not too tough of a DIY job; maybe 3 or 4 hours for your first try. 8 bolts is all it takes to remove the rear suspension bits!
As far as other bushings and stuff to replace; I just reused most of mine. but that's cause I was feeling poor after spending a couple hundred on some stupid Koni shocks. Now would be the best time to replace them, since all those bushings will be taken off anyway when you replace the shock. But you probably don't have to.
