Engine mounts replacement questions

To all.
The vibration of the engine is slightly worse than the usual resonance of a Saab 2.3L Engine.
I have never replaced the motor mounts and believe it's time.
Questions:
1) beneficial to replace all mounts? (RH engine/rear engine/transmissiion upper and lower); or are 1 or 2 more prevalent to wear and tear?
2) How much should I expect for labour (estimate) from an Indy. Hours of work?
3) When ordering parts, do they usually come with the nuts/washers required for the new mount; or require separate part purchase?
Appreciate the help
