...just like the guys below suggest.
I've had more than my share of problems with my new Aero wagon, and I have felt like screaming at times. But my dealer knows, and I know they often communicate recurring or significant problems with the manufacturer, in addition to warranty claims, as should most reputable dealers/brands. This ensures Saab are aware and hopefully will address. And as most owners more than likely have relatively few problems, it pays to shout up when you have. Manufacturers take owner feedback seriously, even if they don't always appear to in the press.
So to your questionnaire: tell the truth, be polite, and hence keep the manufacturer on their toes. You can lose little personally by shouting about it, and hopefully you'll gain in the long term as you become the proud owner of an ever improving product!
