Unfortunately it is not a programmable option. The initial idea was to put a third row seat there. That idea got scrapped but they forgot to remove to auto-locking feature.
However, it is possible to rewire the 5th door solenoid to be driven from one of the door locks. AFAIK it just takes a few splices at the TWICE computer connector.
