Hi Ken, One of the first things I look at when someone has lost boost is the wastegate. The actuator rod falls off and the valve ends up open all the time which results in dumping the boost. Very east to check & fix. There is a clip that holds the rod on and they rust & fall off. Hope this helps, Coldshot............
