The bolts are not self locking, the nuts welded to the subframe are. If you manage to get the bolts out without snapping them off, you can replace them with less rusty ones if you want.
I snapped two bolts off on one side, despite generous use of PB-Blaster, so be prepared. I was able to use a cold chisel through a hole in the side of the subframe to remove the nuts. I then fished a lock washer and nut through the hole and onto the bolt. Fairly frustrating.
You should seriously consider NOT changing bushing if the wear is not too bad.
