Sorry to hear that.
why are you in touch with GM, isn't that the dealer's job?
Do you not have a dealer close by? or is your dealership giving you poor service?
I've had nothing but great experiences with my '06 CPO 9-5 and I would highly recommend buying CPO to anybody with a dealer they trust.
JMK Saab in NJ is my local dealership and I couldn't be happier with them.
every time I bring the car in for warranty work I've been taken care of right away.
Mostly tiny things. rear wheel well trim, emblem replacement, replaced a few plastic lug nut covers that fell off...
Once they needed the car for the day and gave me an '09 loaner.
Last time I used the saab roadside assistance was in '99 with my 9000 and that was excellent too. My alternator died just outside of chicago and they towed and replaced it while I waited.
Hope that service is still as good these days (not that i want to find out first hand again).
Best of luck with getting your 9-5 repaired.
