The rear shocks typically have only a 100K mile life versus the 200K+ mile life commonly associated with the front struts. Jittery handling on bumpy curves is a tell-tale sign of bad rear shocks.
If you haven't touched the rears yet, I would do those first. You are at their common end of life mileage point, they are cheaper and easier to replace than the struts, and they are known to cause problems like those you are experiencing when they are worn out.
268K+ miles on my 2000 and my first set of replacement struts are awaiting installation.
