The torque arm you're referring to is a redundant part. The front torque arm mount does the job just fine on its own. Saab realized this at some point and stopped installing them. Yours probably never had one. If you look under the car, toward the back of the transmission you should see a little nub that hangs down with a hole in it. That's where it WOULD go. Don't worry about replacing it.
The Genuine Saab poly mount bushing will work with the V6. It would probably work quite nicely too!
