The connector sits between the throttle body and the firewall, Routing is close to the engine, and under the TB. No big deal. There are already other cables there.
Two other things: There should be a heat shield mounted with the CPS to keep the turbo heat from having a go at the sensor. Make sure you (re) install it, on my car it was missing. The sensor hates excessive heat.
It took a dealer 3 tries to install the sensor without an oil leak. So getting the o-ring seated properly is not trivial, obviously. If it leaks, you will sense a burning smell in stop and go traffic from oil leaking on the front exhaust.
